Happy Halloween--and happy anniversary, Garvin! Hard to believe that one year ago today we were closing the deal that started this whole crazy adventure!

Thrilled to share this video from outstanding Canadian Fulbright scholar Julia Whidden, about FINS (Females in the Natural Sciences) a Miami-based program she created which gives girls an opportunity to get firsthand experience with marine research!

Field School was delighted to help support these trips in collaboration the Fulbright Canada Ecoleadership Grant Program and the Shark Research and Conservation Program at the University of Miami. We had a great time, and we think the students did too!
